How to Use:

  1. Place the Motor Base on a clean, dry, level surface such as a counter or table.
  2. Add ingredients and liquid to the nutribullet® Cup.
  3. Twist the Rapid Extractor Blade onto the nutribullet® Cup until it’s tightly sealed.
  4. Plug the Motor Base’s Power Cord into an electrical outlet.
  5. Flip the Cup downward and set it onto the Motor Base.
  6. Twist the Cup clockwise onto the Motor Base to lock it into place. (A “click” signals that the Cup is locked.) This will illuminate the Control Panel.
  7. Pressing the Solid Circle will start an automated blending cycle. When the blending cycle is activated, it will automatically stop after 30 seconds. Pressing and holding the Dashed Circle will pulse blend your ingredients. Release the Dashed Circle to stop blending.
  8. Twist the Cup counterclockwise to unlock and remove it from the Motor Base. You will hear a “click” when the Cup unlocks. Enjoy!

Care Instructions:

Once blending is complete, make sure your nutribullet ® Ultra Motor Base is powered off and unplugged from its outlet. Detach the nutribullet ® Cup and Rapid Extractor Blade from the Motor Base . Clean the individual components as follows:

Extractor Blades:

  • Rinse the Rapid Extractor Blade with warm, soapy water.
  • Use a small brush or sponge dampened in soapy water to remove any residue on the Rapid Extractor Blade.

Note: It’s best to clean the Rapid Extractor Blade immediately after use to avoid the buildup of residue.

Motor Base:

  • Use a sponge or dishcloth dampened with soapy water to clean the surface of the Motor Base.
  • Use a small brush to scrub the actuator system of the Motor Base.

Cups & To-Go Lids:

  • Cups and To-Go Lids are dishwasher-safe. Rinse or scrub beforehand to remove any debris

Stuck Ingredients:

  • For stuck ingredients on Cups or Rapid Extractor Blades, fill with room temperature water to the MAX line and add 1-2 drops of dish soap.
  • Twist on the Rapid Extractor Blade and blend for 20-30 seconds to loosen debris enough to scrub away with soap and water.

Storage:

  • Always store your nutribullet ® Ultra upright without any objects placed on top of it. Store accessories in a safe place until use.

We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order, we'll refund your money (less shipping). How to Return nutribullet Items for a Refund

  1. Contact Customer Service

In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Contact Customer Service within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Service Operators will give you a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days).

  1. Package Your Item for Return

To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack each item ordered in the original packaging, and remember to include all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees, paid by customer).

  1. Label Your Package

To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on your invoice, which will have the correct return address printed on it. Simply cut along the dotted lines and attach the "Return Label" to the front of your package. You MUST write your Return Authorization Number clearly where indicated on the "Return Label". A Return Authorization Number is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.

  1. Secure Your Package

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some kind of trackable service, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, Airborne or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we can not issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. We do not accept walk-in returns under any circumstances. All returns must be received via mail.

  1. Receive Your Refund

Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. nutribullet, LLC will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping charges.

Please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your return, and up to 30 days for refunds. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
