How to Use:

  1. Place the Motor Base on a clean, dry, level surface such as a counter or table.
  2. Add ingredients and liquid to the nutribullet cup. NOTE: Do not overfill! To avoid leakage, do not add ingredients beyond the MAX line.
  3. Place the extractor blade onto the cup and twist until it is tightly sealed.
  4. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
  5. Turn the cup upside down and place it onto the motor base, gently push and twist.
  6. Unlock the assembly by gently pushing and untwisting the cup counterclockwise. NOTE: Blending should not require longer than one minute to yield smooth and creamy results.

Care Instructions: 

Cleaning

  • The most important thing — ALWAYS UNPLUG the motor base from the power supply outlet when it is left unattended, before assembling, disassembling, changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use or when cleaning. Do not attempt to handle the appliance until all parts have stopped moving!
  • Remove the cup/extractor blade assembly from the motor base.

Clean the individual components (motor base, extractor blades, NutriBullet® cups) as follows:

MOTOR BASE:

  • For the most part, the motor base doesn’t really get dirty, but if you neglect to twist the extractor blade on to the cup tightly, liquids can leak out and get into the base and stick to the activator buttons.
  • To avoid risk of injury, NEVER use your hands or utensils to clean the white actuator Tabs while the NutriBullet® is plugged in. 
  • Do not remove the rubber or plastic liners inside the motor base.
  • Use a sponge or dish cloth dampened with warm soapy water to wipe down the inside and outside of the motor base until clean.
  • Pay particular attention to the white Actuator Tabs on the inside of the motor base to loosen any sticky debris from drips and spills. If necessary, you may use a small brush to scrub the area to ensure it is kept clean.

EXTRACTOR BLADE:

  • DO NOT REMOVE THE GASKET as this will permanently damage the extractor blade and cause leakage. If after washing as indicated above additional disinfecting is desired, you may rinse with a 10% vinegar/water solution or with lemon juice. If, over time, the gasket becomes loose or damaged, you may order a new extractor blade at NutriBullet.com or contact Customer Service.
  • Dry the extractor blade completely. It is helpful to turn the blade on its side in your dish drainer to ensure BOTH SIDES of the extractor blade are completely dried.
  • NUTRIBULLET® CUPS & TO-GO LIDS:
  • These items are all TOP RACK dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing them and giving them a quick brush with a dish brush to remove any dried debris before washing them in the dishwasher. NEVER use the sanitize cycle to wash the Cups as this may warp the plastic.
  • Regularly check the 3 tabs on the side of the Cup (cracking, crazing, breakage or rounding). If damaged, replace immediately to prevent possible personal injury.

NEVER USE A CUP WITH A BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR MISSING TAB AS DOING SO MAY CAUSE THE CUP AND MOTOR BASE TO SEPARATE EXPOSING THE BLADE ASSEMBLY!

STUBBORN CLEAN UP: 

  • If ingredients dry inside the NutriBullet® Cup, make your cleanup a snap by filling the cup about 2/3 full with room temperature (21°C/70°F or less) water and screw on the extractor blade. Place the cup/extractor blade assembly on the NutriBullet® motor base for about 20-30 seconds. This will loosen the stuck ingredients, and with a light scrub and rinse, you’ll be all finished.

At nutribullet, LLC, we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of the delivery of your initial order, we'll refund your money. 

How to Return nutribullet Items for a Refund

1. Contact Customer Service

In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Contact Customer Service within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Service Operators will give you a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days).

2. Package Your Item for Return

To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack each item ordered in the original packaging, and remember to include all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees, paid by customer).

3. Label Your Package

To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on your invoice, which will have the correct return address printed on it. Simply cut along the dotted lines and attach the "Return Label" to the front of your package. You MUST write your Return Authorization Number clearly where indicated on the "Return Label". A Return Authorization Number is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.

4. Secure Your Package

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some kind of trackable service, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, Airborne or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we can not issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. We do not accept walk-in returns under any circumstances. All returns must be received via mail. 

5. Receive Your Refund

Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. nutribullet, LLC will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping charges.

Please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your return, and up to 30 days for refunds. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
